You have 14 days to return items without giving a reason. Below you'll find the full return and complaint procedure.

Goods return (contract withdrawal)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of 2014.

To exercise this right, you must submit a clear statement of withdrawal from the contract and send it together with the returned goods to the address:

The following documents must be included with the shipment:

  • properly completed statement of withdrawal,
  • goods in complete condition, not exceeding normal use,
  • wszystkie otrzymane akcesoria,
  • proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice).

Goods must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

Claims (warranty / compliance with contract)

Procedura reklamacji:

  1. Formularz reklamacyjny — prepare a complaint containing: name and surname, email address or mailing address, phone number, product number, description of the defect, and the date of purchase and discovery of the defect.
  2. Przygotowanie produktu — return the product in complete condition, with accessories and a copy of the proof of purchase.
  3. Shipping — to the address: LITON — Claims, ul. Kokanińska 11A, 62-800 Kalisz.

Claims are processed within 14 days, in accordance with applicable regulations. Ready-made forms can be downloaded above: withdrawal form (PDF) oraz formularz reklamacyjny (PDF).

Out-of-court dispute resolution

The consumer may use the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
