1. Choosing products
Browse the range using the menu, product categories or the search. Click a product to see the details.
2. Adding to cart
Click “Add to cart”. You can add any number of products — make sure the selected options, quantities and prices match your expectations.
3. Going to the cart
Review the cart contents, adjust quantities and check the total order cost including shipping.
4. Placing the order
Click “Proceed to checkout”. If you don't have an account, the system will guide you through creating one. Provide the contact and address details needed to fulfil the order.
5. Delivery and payment
Choose the delivery method (DPD courier or InPost parcel lockers) and the payment method (card and online payments via Stripe, or cash on delivery).
6. Review and confirmation
Check the order summary — the product list, shipping costs and total — and confirm the order.
7. Payment and confirmation
For online payments you will be redirected to the payment provider's secure page. After paying, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation, order number and fulfilment details.
8. Tracking your order
You can monitor the order status after signing in to your account or via the shipping updates sent by e-mail.
