Data We Collect
Name, e-mail address, delivery address, phone number, company details (for businesses), IP address, and any data provided voluntarily in forms.
Purposes and Legal Basis
Order fulfilment and contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with legal obligations, including tax law (point (c)), legitimate interest such as fraud prevention and statistics (point (f)), and consent, e.g. for marketing and analytics cookies (point (a)).
Data Recipients
- Delivery — DPD (parcel delivery), InPost (selected delivery options),
- Payments — Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (card and electronic payments),
- Hosting — OVHcloud (servers located within the European Union),
- Analytics and advertising — Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads — only after your consent via the cookie banner),
- accounting offices, IT service providers, and public authorities where required by law.
Transfers Outside the EEA
When using Stripe and Google services, data may be transferred to the United States. Transfers are based on the European Commission adequacy decision (EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) and Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and statutory retention periods; consent-based data is kept until consent is withdrawn.

Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent.
